Our approach is built on exact specifications: Clearances are carefully measured for every component—there are no shortcuts. We set piston end gaps precisely for each cylinder. Block honing is performed with the correct stones and per ring manufacturers’ specifications.
We balance rods to pistons and match the rod-piston assemblies to each bore for optimal performance.
Every part is hot-tanked/solvent-washed, assembled with the correct assembly lube, and torqued with care and precision.
The entire rotating assembly is balance-checked to ensure smooth, reliable operation. Our rigorous process ensures that your engine is built to the highest standard. All of our engines are rebuilt using ARP fasteners all around and calibrated torque wrenches, if we are doing your engine rebuild or engine conversion you can rest assured that its in good hands, we will take photos of almost every stage of the engine rebuild that way you know exactly whats gone into it and when you come to sell it you have some proof of the work.

all engines are built to spec all clearances are measured we do not take any chances with your engine, we set the piston end gaps to each cylinder, we hone the block using the correct stones and specs set out by the ring manufacturers,we balance each rod to piston and then the rod and piston to each bore, everything is hot tanked/solvent washed,assembled with assembly lube and torqued with precision and care, the full rotating assembly is balance checked.

All in all you will find that the engine is built to a very high standard in terms of the steps taken, very few people that build engines go through the steps that we go through to build an engine, and it is precisely for that reason that we have had 0 engine failures due to an incorrectly built engine.

Pressure loss is improved by up to 10% (compared to normal) by optimizing the filter media area and filter media storage shape in order to remove sludge (foreign matter) generated inside the engine as much as possible. Furthermore, by adopting a filter medium with a Y-shaped cross section of the filter medium fiber, sludge (foreign matter) is efficiently removed and wear inside the engine is prevented. In addition, by using highly heat-resistant acrylic rubber (gasket) and silicone rubber (anti-drain), it can handle high oil temperature conditions of VTEC engines

The Purpose of lower timing chain bracket/guide is to secure the timing chain while the tension is released choppy big camshafts. bracket also insures that your high dollar K series motor will never jump timing from the crank timing gear in the event of a timing chain tensioner failure.

Included with the bracket are mounting screws for proper installation. Product is made from one piece 6061aluminum and is CNC machined for precise accuracy

the timing chain tensioner supplied with the kit is an oem spec part that has been modified internally with a slightly stiffer spring amongst other things, it is designed to hold up to extreme rpm and heavily boosted and high power engines running high valve spring pressure and higher rpm.

we have gone through great lengths to offer this at this price in one unit, please be aware that the oil pump may have some external marks from being clamped in place during the machining process, the red stuff that can be seen on the inside of the oil pump pickup is assembly very high quality lube, that guarantees that the pump is primed and ready to pickup oil straight away.

The stock K20 oil pump is a great piece for up to 9,000 rpm bursts. Sustained 9k and Beyond 9,000 the stock oil pump starts to cavitate. Continuous duty at high rpm and in endurance/road racing with very high oil temperature, this cavitation can be catastrophic. this ported pump will allow continuous use at and above 9,000 rpm, this will run the pump beyond 11,000 rpm with great success. We start with a brand new OEM oil pump from Honda, disassemble, remove any factory sharp edges, casting marks ect, port and polish, The pump is then cleaned, hot tanked, assembly lubed and reassembled.

The Skunk2 Racing K-Series Billet Drop-in Oil Pan Baffle is for the serious hardcore racer. The baffle easily installs onto an existing K20A/K20A2/K20Z1 OEM Honda/Acura Oil Pan. The baffle sits flush with the oil pan floor and essentially “Boxes In” the Oil Sump Arm thus preventing Oil Sloshing/Oil Starvation under intense cornering, braking, and accelerating. Furthermore, the dividers and trap doors section off the sump to keep oil from moving aggressively from one side of the pan to the other. Another added feature is the open top design that allows an adequate amount of oil flow back to the pan. The design is simple and effective yet allows continuous oil pick-up where critical engine lubrication is maintained.
